The Polytechnic will adopt a participatory type of management and facilitate open communication and transparency in all of its operations.
The major emphasis will be on  “QUALITY” quality in all spheres of activity like academic, teaching-learning, development/enhancement of facilities and human resources, thereby ensuring excellence in all the initiatives of the Polytechnic.
